Our Payment Plans are designed to relieve the financial pressures in managing the fluctuating costs of raising young children and are available on all our pre-order products.
You can create your own payment plan for online orders or we can create it for you as part of your home demonstration order. With your choice of weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments over 2 to 28 weeks, our flexible terms can help you to manage in smaller, predictable stages. The earlier you start, the smaller your instalments will be. Our payment plans use a pre-order system, which means no interest charges and no credit traps. We also know how busy you are, so we send an email reminder out the day before each instalment is due.

Our online ordering system is easy. Simply browse through our online shop and add each item you wish to include in your order. You can view and adjust the contents of your order at any time prior to finalising your order. Any Delivery & Handling Fee applicable is automatically calculated for you.
If you wish to order via a Payment Plan, you can create a payment plan once you have at least one item in your order. The payment plan will display due dates and instalment amounts for your selected terms, and automatically adjust the instalments as you add or remove items. You can also view or adjust the terms, or cancel the payment plan any time prior to finalising the order.
Our products can be delivered Australia-wide. However, interstate customers should keep in mind that large and heavy items such as nursery furniture, mattresses and strollers are costly to send interstate. Consequently it may be more economical to shop locally for these items. |

| Where is your closest retail outlet? |
| As In Packits orders are taken online or as part of a home demonstration, we have no physical retail outlet or store. However, we do have a range of demonstration products and full product catalogues available at our home "office" in Morayfield, Queensland. |

| Payment options? |
Home Demonstration & Pick Up Orders can be paid via Cash, Direct Deposit, Money Order, Bank Cheque or Pay Pal. We can also organise for EFTPOS/Visa/Mastercard payments upon request. Any non-cash payments must be received by us in full prior to receipt of your order (i.e. payment has been "cleared" and received by us).
Online Orders can be paid via Direct Deposit or Pay Pal. See Home Demonstration & Pick Up Orders above for payment options of local online orders.
Payment Plans ordered online are currently only able to be paid via Direct Deposit. See Home Demonstration & Pick Up Orders above for payment options of local payment plan orders. |

| Delivery costs? |
Any Delivery & Handling Fee is determined as you order online, dependent on the weight and dimensions of the order and the destination address (based on Australia Post rates).
Free Delivery Deals are available Australia wide on items as advertised.
Discounted Local Delivery $5.00 flat rate for postcodes 4504 - 4510 (which includes Morayfield, Burpengary, Narangba, Deception Bay, Dakabin, Kallangur, North Lakes, Murrumba Downs, Caboolture and Bribie Island areas)
Pick Up or Use of a preferred courier from In Packits (Morayfield) are also welcome and do not incur a Delivery & Handling Fee. Just select the pick up option when ordering online.
Free Delivery is also available for orders made as part of a home demonstration.

| How long will it take for my order to be delivered/ready for pick up? |
You will receive an email to notify you when your order has been dispatched or is available for pick up.
Orders paid via a payment plan are dispatched or made available for pick up within 1 business day of full payment being received.
Orders paid for upfront are dispatched within 1 business day of the item arriving at In Packits (assuming full payment has been received). Arrival dates vary for different items, however, generally in stock items are dispatched within 1 business day and pre-order items are dispatched within 3 - 7 business days of payment being received.
You will be notified where the dispatch date is known to be outside of the above estimates. Where an order contains items with different arrival dates or a combination of in stock and pre-ordered items, the order will be held and sent once all items have arrived (and full payment has been received).
Please note: If you are creating a payment plan as (or for) an expectant parent that includes basic items that will be needed at birth, it is a good idea to make the final Instalment Due Date a couple of weeks before the due date of the baby. This gives time for any needed preparations (washing of clothing, organising nursery, etc) and also allows for the possibility of an early arrival. |
