PAYMENT
All items remain the property of In Packits until full payment has been received by In Packits. An order cannot be cancelled once full payment has been made.

In Packits ensures items are sent in good order. In Packits is not responsible for goods once dispatched.

RETURNS POLICY
Clearance Items - are advertised clearly as such and any known fault or visual defect is described to the best of our ability.
These items are sold as is and no returns or exchanges are accepted.
Faulty Items - where the item does not perform the advertised function correctly. Notification of the fault and intention to return must be provided to In Packits within 14 days of the purchase with receipt for an exchange or refund of the faulty item. Any costs associated with return delivery is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Other - exchange is available for change of mind or similar returns on In Stock items only, where the goods are returned in original, saleable condition (including any packaging) with receipt within 14 days of purchase. Any costs associated with the return delivery of unwanted goods and delivery of the exchanged items is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Terms and Conditions of Online Purchase with a Payment Plan

PAYMENT PLAN DATES
Each individual Instalment Due Date is given once you create (or adjust) a payment plan online.
The Last Adjustment Date indicates the last day on which you are able to request adjustments in the contents or payment terms of your order
free of charge.
The Estimated Arrival Date of your order indicates when we expect to receive the full contents of your order here at In Packits,
where your payment plan is kept to the original schedule. Fully paid orders are usually dispatched (or made available for pick up) from In Packits within 1 business day of arrival.

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS
Adjustments to the contents and/or payment terms of your order can be made any time up until the Last Adjustment Date free of charge.
Australia-wide delivery customers, please note that adjusting the contents of your order is likely to change the cost of delivery.

MAKING INSTALMENTS
All instalment amounts are rounded to the nearest whole cent. Instalments are paid by Direct Deposit and are to be paid before or on the Instalment Due Date. We know how busy you are, so we send you an email reminder out the day before each instalment is due.
If you find that you will be unable to pay an instalment by the Instalment Due Date, please inform us as soon as possible to discuss your options and avoid having to pay fees.
Your options when you miss a payment up until the Last Adjustment Date may include:
- Make the missed instalment within 3 working days of the Instalment Due Date. Please note this may affect the Estimated Arrival Date of your order.
- Recalculate your plan and slightly increase future instalments so your order is still fully paid by the original final instalment Due Date.
- Extend your plan length to keep instalments to the amount originally agreed upon.
- Reduce your order to make the remaining instalments easier.
- Reduce your order to the amount you have already paid.
- Cancel your plan. Cancellation fees apply.
Your options when you miss an instalment after the Last Adjustment Date and have provided notice of your inablity to pay by the Instalment Due Date may include:
- Make the missed instalment within 3 working days of the Instalment Due Date, plus a $5.00 late fee.
- Reduce your order to the amount you have already paid, minus a late change fee equal to 60% of the outstanding payments.
- Cancel your plan. Cancellation fees apply.
Once the Last Adjustment Date has passed, if an instalment is not paid by the instalment Due Date and we have not been notified within 3 working days of the Instalment Due Date of your inability to pay, we reserve the right to cancel the order and full cancellation fees will apply.

CANCELLATION
As items are only ordered once you have ordered them from us, our costs if you cancel are higher than a standard retailer. We offer a number of options in the event that you are unable to conform to your agreed payment plan (see options under Making Instalments) to prevent us having to charge you fees to recover costs. If after reviewing your options you still decide to cancel your order, the following fees will apply and be deducted from your refund:
- Cancellation prior to or on the Last Adjustment Date: 30% of the monies paid at the date of cancellation.
- Cancellation after the Last Adjustment Date: 60% of the monies paid at the date of cancellation
An order cannot be cancelled once full payment has been made.

REPLACEMENT POLICY
While we make every effort to ensure we supply you with your selected items, due to the length of some of our payment plans and the continuously evolving nature of parenting goods, stock and suppliers may change. In Packits reserves the right to make substitutions of items. When this is necessary we will notify you that the replacement is to occur and ensure the replacement item is closest in function and style to the item you originally selected as well as equal or greater in retail value.
